Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing keyhubpro.com or placing an order with KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Software Licenses

All software products sold through KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD are genuine commercial licenses procured through authorised distribution channels. Licenses are subject to the end-user license agreements (EULAs) of the respective software publishers (Autodesk, Trimble, Act-3D, Chaos Group, Microsoft). Customers are responsible for compliance with those EULAs.

3. Payments and Invoicing

All invoices are payable in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are as stated on the individual invoice. KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD reserves the right to withhold license delivery until payment is received in full.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of software licenses, refunds are not available once a license key or activation code has been delivered. Subscription cancellations must be requested before the renewal date. Please contact us for assistance with any licensing issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

KEYHUB PRO (PVT) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of software products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
